How to invite friends

Step 2: Navigate to Refer and Earn
From the left side menu, go to Admin > General > Refer and Earn.
Step 3: Locate your referral link
Under the Invite Friends tab, find the Share Your Referral Link section.
Step 4: Copy your unique referral link
Click on the Copy Link button next to the URL.
Step 5: Share your link
Share your referral link directly via social media platforms:

Method 2: Invite via Email
Step 1: Log in to your account
Access your BoldDesk account with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Refer and Earn
From the left side menu, go to Admin > General > Refer and Earn.
Step 3: Find the email invitation section
Under the Invite Friends tab, locate the Invite via Email section.
Step 4: Enter recipient email addresses
Type the email address of the person you want to invite. Click + Add Email to include more recipients (up to 25 emails per day).
Step 5: Send invitations
Once all emails are added, click Send Invite. An email with your unique referral link will be sent to your contacts.
How to track your referrals
