The following are the startup program requirements:
- Must be a new BoldDesk customer (previous or current paying BoldDesk customers are not eligible).
- Have not raised more than $10 million in funding
- ARR less than $1 million
What BoldDesk plans are eligible for the BoldDesk for Startup program?
The startup program includes up to 5 agents and 1,000 AI credits a month.
How can I find out whether I'm Approved?
After you have successfully applied, BoldDesk will contact you through email to inform you of the status of your application and the information needed to get started.
What more can BoldDesk provide if I am denied approval?
If you are not eligible for the BoldDesk for Startups program, please create a trial and enjoy our flexible pricing choices right through here.
What if I want to add more than 5 agents during the 1 year free period ?
If your requirement exceeds 5 agents, please contact the team.
What happens after the 12-month free period is over?
The BoldDesk team will contact you 30 days before your free period is over. You will be given the option to pay for a continued subscription. If you do not wish to convert your subscription to a paid plan, you can cancel it.
What will be the renewal price after the 12-month free period is over?
Your subscription will renew at BoldDesk’s regular price. If you choose a yearly payment plan, that price is 15% lower than the monthly payment plan.
