View Salesforce customer data in the BoldDesk.
The Salesforce integration lets support teams view their customer data from Salesforce in BoldDesk.
The ticket requestor information from Salesforce is displayed on the ticket details page when they are matched with an email address.
You can also view the salesforce information on contact and contact group pages.
On the ticket detail page, the following Salesforce objects are available:
BoldDesk administrators can define roles to control which users can see information from Salesforce on the ticket details page.
