Sync Azure DevOps work items with BoldDesk tickets to keep up with the latest information.
By integrating Azure DevOps work items with tickets, support teams, and products, developers can collaborate effectively to track and resolve work items, obtain real-time visibility into product development, and stay informed on how work items are being resolved.
This integration allows for seamless communication and coordination between teams involved in work item management and project development.
Linking helps your support team stay up to date with the status of customer-reported work items. Link tickets with existing Azure DevOps work items by searching for the work item ID, which allows you to access work item details within BoldDesk.
You can also choose which Azure DevOps projects' work items to link when installing the app. If you prefer not to sync data, you have the option to unlink the work items.
Customize Azure DevOps work item fields to appear in support tickets, including system fields (Title, Work Item Type, State, Resolution, etc.)
To access and view real-time information without leaving the help desk, agents can navigate to the Azure DevOps work item by clicking the work item ID.
When you link a ticket to an Azure DevOps work item, you can automatically synchronize the following items:
Every change made in BoldDesk is synchronized with Azure DevOps, and vice versa, generating notification emails.
You have the flexibility to configure bidirectional or unidirectional synchronization between both products.
